Application Notes
A Fab fragment derived from this antibody by papain digestion has been used in X-ray diffusion analysis to crystallise N9 neuraminidase from avian influenza virus (Laver et al, 1987;Tulip et al, 1992) and whale avial-like virus (Tulip et al, 1992). In neuraminidase inhibition assays, this antibody has been shown to suppress the yield of virus from infected cells (Colman et al, 1987)
