Application Notes
ELISA was used to establish the specificity of sdAb B for MARV virus strains (Sherwood et al, 2007). sdAb has been crystallised with its antigen NP (Garza et al, 2017). Cross-linking dimeric sdAb to NP restricted viral packaging (Darling et al, 2017).
