Application Notes
This recombinant mouse monoclonal antibody, rJ2, is useful for detecting double stranded RNA of greater than 40 bp in length which is generated during the replication of positive sense genome viruses. It works with HCV, rhinovirus, dengue virus, and others. It does not work for dsRNA produced by influenza A virus and other negative sense genome viruses.
