Application Notes
The binding of this antibody with the SARS-CoV infected Vero cells was confirmed with ELISA. Epitope mapping to identify the specific binding site of S protein was determined using Western blotting. Specific binding of the single-chain variable fragment (scFv) antibodies to SARS-CoV-infected Vero E6 cells was also confirmed by immunocytochemical staining (Y.C Lee et al., 2007).
