This antibody is recommended for the detection and analysis of CD11b (Integrin alpha-M) and CD11b-plus cells in lineage identification. The original mouse IgG1 format of this clone has been widely used in various flow cytometry experiments. For instance, ICRF44 was applied in an FC analysis of cells during MDSCs' generation (Eriksson et al., 2019; pmid: 30617223). Another group screened mouce splenocytes with this antibody during tumor studies (Horn et al., 2017; pmid: 28938530). Jardine et al. (2019) utilized this clone to phenotype blood DC cells (pmid: 31040289). Similarly, this antibody was used as a part of a wider panel to phenotype MUTZ-3 and MUTZ-LCs cells (Bock et al., 2016; pmid: 26794428).
This chimeric human antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG1 format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
