Application Notes
The binding activity of purified scFv to CPV VLP antigen (Ag) by indirect ELISA. The hemagglutination inhibitation titer of the scFv was found to be 128. This scFv can bind the virus and prevent hemagglutination which is a property of CPV neutralizing antibodies.
