Application Notes
This antibody successfully binds and neutralizes the rabies virus glycoprotein of the PV, CVS-11, SAD and Flury LEP strains. It does not bind the CVS-BHK strain. The binding specificity of the antibody for rabies virus glycoprotein was confirmed with ELISA and western blotting. This antibody in combination with another murine anti-rabies antibody M5B4 was used in the preparation of a diabody D06 (PMID: 20573881).
