Application Notes
This antibody has been used in immunoblot analysis of membranes prepared from adult rat and mouse brain (Andrews et al, 2019; PMID:30667360; Rasband et al, 2019). This antibody has also been used in immunofluorescence staining of cultured rat hippocampal neurons and immunohistochemical analysis of adult rat brain sections (Andrews et al, 2019; PMID:30667360). Additionally, this antibody has been used in western blot analysis of rat spinal dorsal horn neurons (Li et al, 2019) and immunogold electron microscopy (Andrews et al, 2019; PMID:30667360).
