Application Notes
This antibody has been used in immunoblot analysis of membranes prepared from adult rat and mouse brain, and from human hippocampus and cerebral cortex (Andrews et al, 2019; PMID:30667360). It has also been used in immunohistochemical analysis of adult rat whole brain and hippocampus sections (Andrews et al, 2019; PMID:30667360). Additionally, in the analysis of adult mouse brain lysates, this antibody has been used for WAVE1 immunoprecipitation (Chen et al, 2014) and WAVE1 western blot (Chia et al, 2014).
