Application Notes
The specificity of this antibody has been confirmed in immunoblot analysis of extracts from HEK293 and COS cells transfected with HA-SynDIG1, where this antibody recognises a single band (Kalashnikova et al, 2010), This antibody has been used in immunoblot analysis of membranes prepared from adult rat (Andrews et al, 2019; PMID:30667360) and mouse brain (Kalashnikova et al, 2010). Additionally, this antibody has been used to immunoprecipitate P14 mouse brain extracts (Kalashnikova et al, 2010).
