Application Notes
The specificity of this antibody has been confirmed in western blot analysis of rat and mouse brain membrane preparations, with no bands detected in blots of brain membrane preparations from BKAlpha knockout mice (Wersinger et al, 2010). This antibody has been used in immunoblot analysis of membranes prepared from adult rat and mouse brain (Andrews et al, 2019; PMID:30667360).
