Application Notes
This antibody is recommended for the detection and analysis of GFAP R416WT by western blot, immunocytochemistry and immunohistochemistry. For instance, the mouse version of this antibody was used to detect GFAP R416WT by western blot in brain samples from adult rat and GFAP wildtype, knockout and R416W KI mice. Futhermore it was used to detect GFAP R416WT by immunocytochemistry in GFAP WT and KO mouse hippocampus.
