Application Notes
This antibody is recommended for the detection and analysis of Synaptotagmin-3 by immunocytochemistry and western blot. For instance, the mouse version of this antibody was used to detect Synaptotagmin-3 by western blot in extracts of COS cells transiently transfected with GFPtagged Synaptotagmin or untagged Kv2.1 plasmids.
