Application Notes
This antibody is recommended for detection and analysis of stonin-2 by immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry and western blot. For instance, the mouse version of this antibody was used to detect stonin-2 by western blot in extracts of COS cells transiently transfected with HA-tagged Stonin-1, Stonin-2 or untagged Kv2.1 plasmid. Furthermore it was used to detect stonin-2 by immunocytochemistry in adult hippocampus from Stonin-2 wild-type and knockout mice.
