Application Notes
BCoV1/1 is a strongly neutralizing anti-bovine coronavirus antibody. It can be used both in coronavirus research and diagnostics development for the bovine coronavirus infection. It is also recommneded for detection of the bovine coronavirus in various samples. BCoV1/1 was used to construct an ELISA-based test to detect bovine enteric coronavirus in feces (Czerny and Eichhorn, 1989; pmid: 2549679).This antibody can be also utilized to detect human coronavirus OC43.
