The IgG2a version of this antibody was used for immunofluorescence on primary myoblasts from 1-null muscles (5, 9) infected with 1a cDNA-containing virions at a multiplicity of infection of 0.5 (Eltit et al, 2014; PMID:25384984). Immunoprecipitation has been preformed on HEK293 cell lysates using the IgG2a version of this antibody (Morgenstern et al, 2019; PMID:31403402). This antibody has been used for immunofluorescence on mouse hippocampal cultures (Held et al, 2020; PMID:32616470). Immunoprecipitation was preformed with this antibody on the lysate of mouse hemibrains ( Voskobiynyk, 2020; PMID:32657270). This antibody was used in immunoblotting of myoblasts stably transduced with Wt-β1a or β1a-V156A subunit (Perez, 2018; PMID:29212769). Immunofluorescence was preformed on mouse diaphraghms by using this antibody (Kaplan et al, 2018; PMID:29949772).
This chimeric human antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG2a format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
