Small bowel and colonic muscularis lysates from C57Bl/6 mice were immunoblotted with this antibody (Moore et al, 2011; PMID:21703213). This antibody was used for immunofluorescence on postnatal brains of 125 Sprague-Dawley rats (Aujla and Huntley, 2014; PMID:24114974). Immunoblot was preformed with this antibody on adult rat whole-hippocampal lysates (Aujla and Huntley, 2014; PMID:24114974). An immunoblot was preformed on HEK293 cells with this antibody (Duellman et al, 2012; PMID:22942228). This antibody was used for immunohistochemistry on HEK293 cells (Duellman et al, 2014; PMID:24627221). A western blot was preformed with this antibody on HEK293 cells (Duellman et al, 2014; PMID:24627221). Mice brain sections were used for immunohistochemistry with this antibody (Kuo et al, 2020; PMID:32926126).
This chimeric human antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG2a format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
