Application Notes
This antibody is recommended for detection and analysis of GIT2 by immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation and western blot. For instance, the mouse version of this antibody was used to detect GIT2 by western blot in : extracts of rat brain membranes (RBM) and COS cells transiently transfected with Flag-tagged GIT1 and GIT2 and untagged Kv2.1 plasmids. Furthermore it was used to detect GIT2 by immunohistochemistry in adult rat hippocampus.
