Mouse membrane proteins from whole brain, cerebellum, cortex and spinal cord were immunoprecipitated using this antibody (Martinez-Espinosa et al, 2015; PMID:26559620). Immunoblotting was preformed on mouse membrane proteins from whole brain, cerebellum, cortex and spinal cord using this antibody (Martinez-Espinosa et al, 2015; PMID:26559620). Membrane vesicles from mouse fore- and midbrain were immunoprecipitated using this antibody (Rizzi et al, 2015; PMID:29124216). This antibody was used for immunoblotting on membrane vesicles from mouse fore- and midbrain (Rizzi et al, 2015; PMID:29124216). immunofluorescence was preformed on membrane vesicles from mouse fore- and midbrain using this antibody (Rizzi et al, 2015; PMID:29124216). Untransfected HEK cell lysates or HEK cell lysates transfected with either pcDNA3-Slo2.1 or pcDNA3-Slo2.2 or 20 lg of purified synaptic plasma membrane vesicles were immunoblotted with this antibody (Rizzi et al, 2016; PMID:26587966). C57BL/6J mouse brain sections were used for immunohistochemistry using this antibody (Rizzi et al, 2016; PMID:26587966). The expression of Slack and Slick in rats was assessed for cultured VANs, vestibular epithelium sections and for vestibular ganglion sections. This was done using immunohistochemistry with this antibody (Cervantes et al, 2013; PMID:23466807).
This chimeric human antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG2a format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
