Application Notes
Surface plasmon resonance was performed to determine how strongly this antibody binds to soluble hFcRn (KR20130071961). Flow cytometery was performed on HEK293 cells expressing human FcRn, 3T3-L1 cells stably expressing mouse FcRn, Rat-2, a rat fibroblast stably expressing rat FcRn and Cos7 cells stably expressing monkey FcRn. The flow cytometry experiment used this antibody (KR20130071961).
