Application Notes
Surface plasmon resonace on the ErBB3 protein was performed with this antibody to determine the KD values (US7846440). This antibody was used for a cell binding assay. The cells used were MALME-3M cells (US7846440). The ability of this antibody to inhibit the binding of ligands to ErBB3 was tested using ADRr cells (US7846440).
