Application Notes
ELISA was performed on CD127 using this antibody (WO2010017468). This antibody was tested for inhibition of IL-7 induced IFN-γ and IL-17 in a TH17 expansion assay (WO2010017468). Surface plasmon resonance was used to assess the ability of this antibody to bind Fc effector receptors (Fc Gamma I, IIa and IIIa) (US9150653). Surface plasmon resonance was performed with this antibody on CD127 to test the binding affinity (WO2010017468). Immunohistochemistry was performed on the spinal cord of a mouse using this antibody (WO2010017468). Western blot was performed on protein extract using this antibody (WO2010017468).
