Application Notes
ELISA was performed on CD127 using this antibody (WO2010017468). This antibody was tested for inhibition of IL-7 induced IFN-γ and IL-17 in a TH17 expansion assay (WO2010017468). Flow cytometry was performed on Mock transfected CHO or CHO-CD127 cells using this antibody (WO2010017468). Surface plasmon resonance was performed with this antibody on CD127 to test the binding affinity (WO2010017468). Immunohistochemistry was performed on the spinal cord of a mouse using this antibody (WO2010017468). A neutralizing assay was performed on CD127 protein using this antibody (WO2010017468).
