Application Notes
This antibody was used for ELISA on mBR3-ECD and hBR3-ECD (US20080181888). This antibody blocks BAFF-BR3 binding (US20080181888). The Fab version of this antibody bound mouse BR3-ECD and human BR3-ECD with an affinity of 1nM and 0.6nM respectively. Humanized V3-46s antibody also blocked BAFF binding to BR3 on BJAB cells and bound BR3 on BJAB cells. This antibody was used as a template to make homolog shotgun libraries (US20080181888).
