Application Notes
This antibody was used for a radioimmunoassay on human rsCD4 (US5871732). It was tested whether this antibody can block HIV-induced syncytia formation (US5871732) (Burkly et al, 1992; pmid:1380539). Western blot was used on different epitopes of CD4 using this antibody (US5871732). Immunohistochemistry was performed on human tissue with a humanized version of this antibody (Boon et al, 2002; pmid:11893418). ELISA with this antibody was used to detect bound sCD4 (Moore et al, 1992; pmid:1378510).
