Application Notes
An ELISA was performed on PD-1 fusion protein using this antibody (US7488802). This antibody was capable of blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 interaction. It was found that PD1-28 can mimic PD-1 ligands and deliver an inhibitory signal causing a decrease in T cell proliferation and IL-2 production (US7488802).
