Application Notes
An ELISA was performed on this antibody with TPBG protein (EP3395834). This antibody was used for flow cytometry on a CHOK1 cell line transformed to contain full-length human TPBG (EP3395834). A cytotoxicity assay was performed on TPBG-negative tumor cell line NCI-H1770 using this antibody conjugated with MMF (EP3395834).
