Application Notes
This IL-7R antagonist antibody is a recombinant engineered version of clone R34.34. The binding affinity of this antibody for human IL-7R was checked using ELISA. Antibody GR34 (mouse IgG1 version) was determined to inhibit pSTAT5 signalling with an IC50of 0.22µg/ml. The mouse IgG1 version had an affinity for the IL-7Rα EDC of 15.3nM (KD) and a Kd of 8.75X10-4. The mouse IgG1 version was capable of binding to IL-7Rα expressed on CHO cells with an EC50 of 0.27µg/ml, and blocked IL-7/IL-7Rα with an IC50of 2.29µg/ml (WO2010017468).
