Application Notes
The scFv version of this antibody is capable of binding E2-7-BSA in an ELISA. A radioimmunoassay was performed using E2 standard and E2 with [H3] using the mouse version and the scFv version of this antibody. Finally the association and dissociation rate were determined using surface plasmon resonance on E2-7-BSA using both the mouse version and the scFv version of this antibody (Kobayashi et al, 2008; pmid:18824188) (Kobayashi et al, 2010; pmid:20047279).
