Application Notes
The original rat IgG2b version of this antibody was successful in blocking CD18. The human IgG1 version of this antibody was able to block CD18 but unable to bind human Clq and did not mediate antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (PMID: 7688398). This antibody was used as one of the antibodies to study the effect of anti-LFA-1 panel of abs on T cell adhesion to ICAM-1 and ICAM-3 using ELISA (PMID: 7518468).
