The affinity of this antibody to H1/1999 HA was assessed. This was done by using the human version of this antibody for Bio-Layer Interferometry on H1/1999 HA. Further, an ELISA was preformed using the human version of this antibody on HA from influenza (Whittle et al, 2014; pmid:24501410).
