The total RNA was extracted from the enlarged spleens for scFv antibody library construction. This clone was isolated by panning the scFv library against alpha-enolase. |

Application Notes
The binding specificity of this antibody for alpha-enolase was done using ELISA. This antibody was also used for detection of α-enolase expressed in the PE089 cells using flow cytometry. This antibody was also used for immunofluorescent and immunocytochemical staining of α-enolase molecules expressed in PE089 cells (PMID: 20655599).
