Application Notes
The specificity of this antibody (Fab) was confirmed by ELISA analysis. Immunofluorescence was performed on Vero cells using this antibody (IgG). The binding affinity of the IgG antibody towards MERS-S2P was found to be Kd= 170 pM using surface plasmon resonance. The antibody (IgG) was used as a capture antibody in sandwich ELISA (Kim et al, 2019; pmid: 31544848).
