Application Notes
This antibody is capable of recognizing NKG2D in an ELISA. This antibody was successful in staining and identification NKG2D expressed on PBMCs isolated from human, cynomolgous monkey and rhesus monkey in a flow cytometric assay (US7879985). This antibody was used to study the distribution of NKG2D on human peripheral blood cells by flow cytometry (PMID: 15048706). The immobilized version of this antibody was reported to show agonistic activity (US7879985).
