Application Notes
The crystal structure of the Fab fragment in complex with the p24 protein from natural HIV-1 strain (BMJ4) was determined. The specificity of the antibody for the p 24 protein of BMJ4 strain was demonstrated by ELISA analysis. Immunofluorescence was performed on 293FT cells using this antibody (Gu et al., 2013; 23620741). The antibody detected CA N21C/A22C-V3 protein by Western blot analysis (Zhang et al. 2018; PMID: 30486318).
