Application Notes
The binding characterization and epitope mapping of this antibody was done using ELISA. This antibody was capable of binding Huh6 cell line (liver cancer) and AGS cells (gastric cancer) in flow cytometry. Cu64 labelled version of this antibody was also used in the PET imaging of AGS transplant mice (JP2017024991).
