Application Notes
The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis. Capture ELISA was performed and the 1:1 binding kinetics and affinities were measured by surface plasmon resonance (Kd= 2.3 nM). CCR6 Chinese hamster ovary (CHO)-K1 β-arrestin G protein-coupled receptor functional assay was performed to measure the inhibition of the antibody (IC50= 30.7).
