Application Notes
The antibody is a humanized version of the mouse antibody mab84c. The humanized antibody could bind to hLAG-3+ cells, with an EC50 value that does not exceed 1.5nM. The humanized antibody prevented the binding activity of human LAG-3 and Daudi cells. The binding affinity of the humanized antibody was measured by surface plasmon resonance (Kd= 0.71 nM). The antibody was employed to design bispecific antibodies against LAG-3 and PD-L1, which antibody retained the binding activity to dual-target LAG3 and PD-1. Further, both the combination of the antibody and PD-1 antibody and the bispecific LAG-3 and PD-L1 antibody showed a good tumour inhibition effect in in vivo application (CN111848794).
