Application Notes
ELISA was used to confirm the binding of this antibody to hMPV F protein. This antibody has been reported to have high neutralizing activity against all of the hMPV types A1, A2, B1, and B2 with an in vitro IC50 of < 2µg/ml. The antibody is effective as passive prophylaxis, protecting hamsters and mice from hMPV challenge (PMID: 16873237).
