Application Notes
The binding affinity to human DLL3 that is comparable with Rovalpituzumab. The binding characterization of this antibody for human DLL3 was done using ELISA. This antibody was capable of binding DLL3 expressed on the surface of H446 and H524 small cell lung cancer cell lines using flow cytometry (CN114057880).
