Application Notes
To analyse the sensitivity of the scFv version of this antibody an ELISA was performed on CPV-VP2. Furthermore, the ability of this antibody to prevent a CPV infection was determined, it showed a decrease of 30% over 72 hours (Ge et al, 2020; pmid:32883344).
