Application Notes
Binding affinities of the murine and chimeric version of the antibody were determined using FACS analysis (Kd values between 0.9 nM and 4.5 nM). The chimeric antibody was also subjected to FACS analysis using three AML primary tumor samples and one cell line expressing cynomolgus monkey CD98 (cynCD98). The results demonstrated that the chimeric retained binding to human CD98 on AML cells and on cynCD98. The binding affinity of the murine, chimeric and humanized version of the antibody to CD98 was measured by surface plasmon resonance (JP2015501639A5).
