Application Notes
The original format of the antibody was used to stain Ba/F3-MPL cells expressing the different CALR constructs for detection of the surface CALR by FACS analysis. The antibody showed specific detection of mutant CALR proteins, both del52 (Typel) and ins5 (Type2), on the surface of the respective Ba/F3 cells (EP3227341A1).
