Application Notes
The binding characterization of this antibody to human LAG3-Fc fusion protein was done using ELISA. The original human IgG antibody was reported to bind human LAG-3 in the sub picomolar range. This antibody was effective in inhibiting the binding of LAG3 to MHC class II molecules in an in vitro binding assay. In the antigen-specific T cell response assay, this antibody can stimulate the production of IL-2 (CN109748963).
