Application Notes
The original antibody showed strong cell death-inducing activity by FACS analysis. The antibody was used for detection of beads coated HLA class I antigen by flow cytometry. The human chimeric and the humanized version of the antibody was constructed. The human chimeric antibody was administered into a mouse model for human myeloma. The result showed that the antibody can significantly prolong the survival period of the mouse model for human myeloma.
