Application Notes
The specificity of the antibody was confirmed by sandwich ELISA analysis. The antibody could block the binding activity of gp350 and CR2, as is shown by ELISA analysis. The antibody could dose-dependently block the combination of gp350 and CR2 expressed in cell line G4, as is shown by flow cytometry. Further, the antibody could block Epstein-Barr virus particles from infecting CR2 positive cells (CN114409766A).
