Application Notes
The antibody retained the high affinity of the parental murine antibody to human DLL4 antigen (KD = 2.26 pM), as measured by SPR experiments. The humanized antibody bound to the DLL4 antigen on the surface of HUVEC cells, as shown by flow cytometry. Further, the antibody could block the inhibitory effect of DLL4 on the proliferation of HUVEC cells (CN105384819B).
