Application Notes
The antibody could detect ICAM1 in different cell lines (Liver cancer cell line HepG2, pulmonary adenocarcinoma cell line PC14) by FACS analysis. The IgG1 format of the antibody exhibited ADCC activity on NCI-H441, NCI-H1373 and HepG2 cell lines (US9388249B2).
