Application Notes
The crystal structure of the Fab fragment of the antibody in complex with hHepsin was determined. The binding affinity of the Fab fragments to hHepsin was measured by surface plasmon resonance (Kd= 39.8 nM). The original antibody could inhibit hepsin. The original antibody could detect hepsin expressed in HEK293 cells by flow cytometry and confocal microscopy analysis (WO2011161189A1).
