Application Notes
The binding of this antibody to human and cynomolgus monkey PBMCs was studied using flow cytometry. The human IgG1 version of this antibody mediates significant ADCC activity against the CLL cell line Wac3CD5, using purified NK cells as effector cells. Anti-RSV IgGI was used as an isotype control. In a caspase activity assay this antibody showed capability of inhibiting survival of both CLL and ALCL tumor cells by mediating apoptosis against these cells.
